About the Role
We are looking for a creative and analytical intern to create engaging video content, promote our courses and improve our digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, founder videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write scripts for course advertisements, promotional videos and awareness campaigns.
- Create promotional videos using student testimonials and existing content.
- Research content trends and develop new video ideas.
- Analyse Instagram content and advertising performance to identify what works and recommend improvements.
- Track marketing metrics such as leads, conversions and cost per lead.
- Manage content from idea and scripting through production, publishing and analysis.
Requirements
- Strong English communication and storytelling skills.
- Interest in video production, content creation and digital marketing.
- Basic video shooting/editing skills or willingness to learn.
- Analytical thinking and interest in data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Internship & Growth
This is a 3-month paid internship. Based on performance and mutual fit, the role may be converted to a full time position at ₹25,000/month.
Work Location: KSUM Office, Kalamassery, Kochi.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
