About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and deeply technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale, multi-team AI programs and platform initiatives. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering architecture and executive execution—aligning cross-functional engineering, product, and leadership teams to transform complex AI research and enterprise requirements into scalable systems. You will establish program governance, solve complex architectural dependencies, and ensure engineering velocity across multiple parallel product streams.

What You’ll Do

- Strategic Program Governance: Lead high-impact, cross-functional AI programs spanning multiple engineering squads, product lines, and enterprise client integrations from inception to deployment.

- Architecture & Dependency Mapping: Partner with AI Architects and Engineering Leads to identify technical risks, untangle cross-system dependencies,



and ensure seamless technical integration across our ML platform, AI control plane, and product suites.

- Cross-Organizational Alignment: Drive alignment between Product Management, Engineering, AI Research, Infrastructure, Security, and Go-To-Market leadership on long-term roadmaps, resource planning, and key milestones.

- Frameworks & Operating Cadence: Standardize program management frameworks, architectural review processes, release trains, and delivery metrics (cycle time, release predictability, system reliability) across the engineering hub.

- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively mitigate technical, resource, and timeline risks across teams, stepping into complex technical debates to drive clarity, decision-making, and alignment.

- Executive Communication: Synthesize complex technical program statuses, trade-offs, and strategic risks into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership and key enterprise client partners.

- Continuous Scale & Velocity: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the engineering organization, elevating overall team capability and program delivery speed.

What We’re Looking For

- Technical Program Management:



8+ years of experience as a TPM leading complex, large-scale software, cloud-native platform, or enterprise tech initiatives (preferably in product-first environments).

- Deep Technical Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and modern SDLC practices, enabling meaningful technical conversations with principal engineers and architects.

- AI/ML & Enterprise Scale: Hands-on program experience with enterprise AI/ML solutions, GenAI infrastructure, RAG systems, or high-throughput platform architectures.

- Multi-Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage multi-track dependencies across diverse engineering teams (Backend, ML, Platform, Frontend, QA, DevOps) without direct authority.

- Strategic Thinking & Communication: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and executive presentation skills with a track record of driving clarity out of ambiguity.

- Global Collaboration: Extensive experience working with globally distributed product strategy, client engineering, and executive leadership teams.
