About the Role

Ritwik Finance is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth across the company's branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Manage website updates, SEO, SEM, and online brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports covering leads, reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing creatives, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and performance reporting.
- NBFC, banking, financial services, or secured lending experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Result-oriented qualified with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur office and coordinate with branches as required.
