Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manager – Communications to strengthen our organisational visibility, manage digital communications, develop engaging content and ensure consistent branding across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of digital media and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, designers and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media campaigns, manage content creation and monitor engagement across platforms.
- Create newsletters, brochures, reports, articles, blogs, presentations and audio-visual communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies and maintain consistent branding.
- Support media outreach and public relations initiatives by drafting press releases and coordinating with the external PR team.
- Maintain and update the organisation's website and coordinate SEO and web analytics activities with vendors.




- Manage media assets and maintain stakeholder databases in line with ethical standards.
- Oversee communication materials for events and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support internal teams in strengthening their communication and content-development capabilities.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver quality communication materials within timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the social sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva and other relevant editing software.
- Creative thinking, adaptability and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, planning and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
