Key Responsibilities

- Collection Conceptualization: Research global fashion trends, color forecasts, silhouettes, and fabric innovations to create comprehensive mood boards and design concepts for upcoming women’s wear collections.
- Design & Illustration: Develop detailed sketches, technical flats, and digital illustrations (using CAD and vector tools) outlining garment specifications, cuts, embellishments, and construction details.
- Fabric & Material Sourcing: Source and select appropriate fabrics, prints, embroideries, trims, and accessories that align with brand quality standards and cost targets.
- Tech Pack & Sampling Execution: Create precise Tech Packs for manufacturing, coordinate closely with pattern makers and sample rooms, and conduct rigorous fit sessions to ensure impeccable silhouettes and sizing.
- Production Coordination: Oversee the sample development lifecycle from initial sketch to final approval, ensuring timely delivery for production runs.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor competitor landscapes, retail performance data,



and customer feedback to iterate on designs and maximize sell-through rates.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of professional experience in fashion design focusing specifically on women's wear (Western wear, ethnic fusion, or contemporary apparel).
- Technical Expertise: Solid proficiency in creating accurate tech packs, garment construction, draping, pattern-making basics, and working with diverse fabrics and prints.
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital sketching tools.
- Creative Vision: A fine eye for color, texture, and detail, paired with a solid understanding of commercial fashion trends and target consumer preferences.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute (e.g., NIFT, NID, or equivalent).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
