Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements. This role involves providing end-to-end counseling and personalized support to clients throughout the visa application process.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on visa options, document requirements, application procedures, and timelines.
- Assess client eligibility for various visa categories (study, work, visitor, permanent residency, etc.).
- Guide clients in compiling and reviewing required documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Keep current with immigration laws, visa updates, and regulatory changes across multiple countries.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices to resolve issues and respond to queries.
- Ensure strict compliance with visa application procedures and legal requirements.




- Offer strategic solutions to overcome challenges such as application rejections or documentation gaps.
- Track and communicate application progress to clients at every stage.
- Build strong client relationships through professional advice and reliable support.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in immigration consulting or visa counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration processes for major destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple applications.
- Familiarity with online visa application portals and embassy procedures.
- Client-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business).
- Certification or formal training in immigration consultancy is a plus.
