Job Vacancy: Structural BIM Modeler – Steel Rebar Modeling

Company: Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant (SESC)

We are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler specializing in steel reinforcement (rebar) modeling to join our team.

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Structural BIM Modelling

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed structural BIM models, including reinforcement and rebar detailing.
- Prepare reinforcement shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and construction drawings.
- Interpret structural drawings and reinforcement specifications.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and other BIM disciplines.
- Ensure model accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in structural BIM modeling, with hands-on experience in steel rebar modeling.




- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and/or Tekla Structures.
- Solid knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS, and structural drawings.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and work collaboratively.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
