About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Associate BDE / Tech Sales Representative (Remote) to lead outbound lead generation and client acquisition. You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, initiate conversations with decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Product Heads), and secure high-ticket web engineering and software contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Pipeline Generation: Prospect and identify high-fit startups, brands, and agencies across US, UK, and global markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and networking.

Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial outreach, qualify technical requirements, budget fit, and project scope.

Pitching & Demos: Present BuddhiWorks’ core web engineering capabilities and set up discovery calls with technical leads.

Deal Coordination: Support proposal delivery, contract negotiation,



and smooth client handoffs to the engineering team.

CRM Management: Track lead activity, pipelines, and follow-ups systematically.

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of proven B2B sales or lead generation experience in IT services, web development agencies, or tech staffing.

Basic literacy in modern web technologies (Next.js, React, Node.js, Cloud APIs) to communicate effectively with technical prospects.

Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Hands-on familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Nav, cold email finders/enrichment tools, CRM platforms).

Self-starter mindset capable of owning daily outreach targets independently.
