- Provide end-to-end compliance support to AIFs across all categories in line with SEBI (AIF) Regulations and Master Circulars
- Manage key regulatory filings – QARs (SEBI SI Portal) and QCRs (ERP Portal) along with maintaining compliance trackers and preparing Compliance calendars.
- Review SEBI circulars, FAQs, and consultation papers; communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Manage ongoing compliances, overseas investments, SEBI queries, fund winding-up, and Angel Fund filings.
- Maintain real time compliance data and reporting through Beacon ERP Portal.
- Advise clients through the fund lifecycle to ensure regulatory discipline and operational efficiency.
