Faculty Minds is a psychotherapy and counselling practice established in 2013 by psychotherapist Shreemant Yadav. It provides therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children, along with corporate mental wellness workshops.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage client enquiries, convert prospective clients into enrolled clients, and develop referral partnerships with doctors, schools, corporates, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain therapy programmes and guide prospective clients through the enrolment process.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and achieve enrolment targets.




- Coordinate intake appointments and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build referral partnerships with doctors, schools, corporates, and relevant professionals.
- Represent Faculty Minds at corporate events, workshops, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Maintain CRM records, track conversions, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and sensitivity when communicating with clients.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Psychology, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, counselling services, healthcare, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and client conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Empathetic, qualified, and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
