Job Summary

Qteread School of Media is seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Faculty member with strong expertise in graphic design, videography, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have practical industry knowledge, a creative mindset, and the ability to train students through hands-on projects and industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and theory classes in graphic design, videography, and video editing.
- Train students in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant creative software.
- Teach design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Train students in camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, and video production techniques.
- Teach video editing, transitions, colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronisation, and storytelling.
- Guide students in creating posters, social media creatives, advertisements, promotional videos, and reels.
- Develop lesson plans, practical assignments, and project-based assessments.
- Mentor students in portfolio development and qualified creative workflows.
- Supervise student projects and ensure practical learning outcomes.
- Support institutional media projects, workshops,



and creative production activities.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.
- Practical experience in videography, camera handling, and lighting.
- Good understanding of video editing, colour correction, and storytelling.
- Ability to demonstrate software techniques and guide students through practical assignments.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Creativity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing.
- A portfolio demonstrating design and video production skills is preferred.

Experience

Experienced candidates are preferred. Freshers with strong technical skills, a good portfolio, and a passion for teaching may also apply.
