Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring confident and motivated candidates for its International B2B Sales team. This is an chance to communicate with US-based businesses and develop skills in sales, client relationship management, and digital services.

Candidates with strong English communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients in the US market.
- Introduce website development, website redesign, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client needs and explain relevant service solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards individual sales targets with support from the team.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.




- Confidence in speaking with business clients.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and digital services.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and work towards targets.
- Comfortable working from the office during the US night shift.
- Previous B2B sales, telesales, or international sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Work Schedule

- Monthly fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000, based on the actual approved salary structure and candidate experience.
- Performance-based incentives, if applicable, will be explained during the interview.
- Shift timing: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM.
- Five working days per week.
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
- Work from office in Sector V, Kolkata.
- Cab facility is not available.
