About Adhya Global Solar Solutions

Adhya Global Solar Solutions is a growing solar energy solutions provider in Kollam, Kerala, offering rooftop solar installations and customized solar power solutions for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth in the renewable energy sector.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, customer referrals, telephone calls, and other marketing activities.
- Meet potential residential and commercial customers and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Promote rooftop solar systems, government subsidy schemes, and available financing options.
- Conduct customer visits, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Support local marketing activities and contribute to the company's business development.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, field sales,



or solar energy will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is essential; basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
