We are looking for a motivated finance & accounts professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, financial reporting and statutory compliance, along with the ability to learn and take ownership of finance operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with the CFO and finance head, gaining exposure to end-to-end finance & accounts functions, financial reporting, compliance, banking operations and MIS. Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day finance & accounts operations.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations and accounting records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.




- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Assist in banking operations, fund management and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal departments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Participate in financial controls and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the CFO and finance head on finance and operational assignments.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / Semi-qualified CMA / Qualified CMA preferred.
- Additional skilled certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Candidates with CA/CMA articleship or audit experience in manufacturing clients may also be considered.
- Exposure to ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
