Data Mining & Outreach Expert – Product Outbound Sales

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, research-oriented, and result-driven Data Mining & Outreach Expert to drive outbound sales for our in-house software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Data Mining: Research target markets, build targeted prospect databases, identify decision-makers, and maintain accurate lead data using LinkedIn, Google Search, business directories, and other tools.
- Outbound Sales & Outreach: Contact prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels. Pitch software products, generate interest, qualify leads, and follow up consistently to drive conversions.
- Lead Qualification & Meeting Setup: Identify high-value prospects and larger organizations, understand customer requirements, and schedule qualified sales meetings and product demos for the sales team or management.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead databases, CRM records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipelines. Track outreach activities, responses, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Performance Improvement:



Experiment with outreach strategies to improve response rates, lead quality, and sales outcomes.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong research, data mining, prospect identification, and decision-maker mapping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and follow-up strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools; familiarity with CRM systems and email outreach platforms is a plus.
- Ability to understand software products and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, software product sales, or technology marketing is preferred.
- Exposure to international markets, sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion tracking is an added advantage.
- A proactive, organized, target-driven mindset with strong ownership, consistent follow-up, and a focus on measurable results.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
