Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the hospital's complete IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technical support. The candidate should have experience in healthcare IT systems and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the hospital's complete IT infrastructure and network.

Ensure smooth functioning of HIS/HMS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other hospital software.

Manage servers, desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other IT equipment.

Monitor network performance, system security, backups, and data protection.

Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital departments.

Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and system security.

Ensure regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Identify and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure patient data confidentiality.





Support integration between hospital systems and diagnostic equipment where required.

Train hospital staff on IT systems and software applications.

Prepare IT reports and provide regular updates to hospital management.

Ensure IT systems are available and functional 24/7 as required by hospital operations.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Strong knowledge of hospital IT systems such as HIS/HMS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, and PACS.

Good knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.

Experience in IT vendor management and technical support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and team management skills.

Ability to manage IT operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
