Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential buyers and investors for commercial properties.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and property presentations.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate deals and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and regular performance reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience; real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
- Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions on successful sales and bookings, as per company policy.
