We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage real estate construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project scheduling, quality control, cost management, safety compliance, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progresses according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Site Management: Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Project Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress reports to ensure timely completion.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction work meets approved quality standards, technical specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour expenses, and contractor bills to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to resolve site-related issues.
- Material Management: Plan material requirements, monitor procurement and deliveries, and ensure effective utilisation of resources.




- Safety Compliance: Ensure implementation of site safety procedures, statutory requirements, and secure working practices.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify construction challenges, resolve technical and operational issues, and escalate critical matters when required.
- Project Handover: Ensure completion of snagging, rectification, testing, documentation, and handover activities as per project requirements.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate construction, building projects, or civil construction execution.
- Proven experience in independently managing construction site activities and coordinating multiple teams.
- Good knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, construction methodologies, and reading civil and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and cost control.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project or other project planning tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at the project site and manage deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
