Online Bidding Executive

We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive with hands-on experience in freelance platforms, proposal writing, and client acquisition. The role involves finding relevant projects, submitting customized proposals, engaging with international prospects, and converting bidding opportunities into qualified business leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, Truelancer, Malt, Bark, and other freelance or project bidding platforms.
- Review project descriptions, client requirements, budgets, and scope to identify suitable opportunities for the company's services.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals that clearly communicate the company's capabilities, relevant experience, proposed solutions, and value to potential clients.
- Use platform bidding credits efficiently, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and Bark credits, while prioritizing relevant and promising projects.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and respond to project-related questions.
- Follow up on submitted proposals, shortlisted projects, and active opportunities to improve response and conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimize company profiles, service listings, portfolios, and case studies across freelance platforms.
- Track bids, proposal responses, shortlisted projects, client conversations, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to clarify project scope, prepare proposals, estimate pricing, and address client requirements when needed.




- Identify opportunities that align with the company's services, target markets, and business objectives.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding, freelance platform sales, Upwork bidding, or international project acquisition is preferred.
