- Student Counseling: Interact with walk-ins, phone enquiries, and social media leads to provide detailed information about our training programs.
- Admissions Handling: Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups, calls, and counseling sessions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate student records and follow-up logs.
- Career Guidance: Understand students’ career goals and suggest suitable courses.
- Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Outreach: Visit colleges in nearby areas (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal) for seminars and counseling drives (if needed).
- CRM/Lead Tools: Use lead management systems and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking progress.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
