E-Commerce Business Analyst

Sales Strive is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Business Analyst to analyze online marketplace performance, identify business opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with eCommerce, marketing, and operations teams to improve business performance across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
- Monitor business KPIs, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales.
- Analyze pricing, inventory, and product performance.
- Work with catalog, advertising, and operations teams to optimize marketplace performance.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools.
- Perform competitor and market analysis.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other marketplaces is an advantage.




- Experience with Power BI or Google Looker Studio is a plus.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Business Analysis, Marketplace Operations, or Data Analysis.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
