Blue Summit Group Private Limited is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media Specialist to manage the online presence, brand awareness, search visibility, and reputation of multiple businesses serving the U.S. healthcare and business services industries.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO, Google Business Profiles, business directory listings, social media platforms, online reputation, content creation, and graphic design.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong English communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and demonstrated experience with U.S.-focused digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Online Business Listings

- Optimize websites for Google and other search engines.
- Create, claim, verify, and maintain Google Business Profiles and other business listings.
- Manage physician and healthcare directory listings, including Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain accurate business information across Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places, and relevant online directories.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, local SEO, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, and organic lead generation.

Social Media & Content Management

- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media accounts.
- Create and publish at least 2–3 professional posts weekly for each assigned brand.
- Develop engaging educational, promotional, and brand-awareness content.
- Create graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, short videos, and digital advertisements.




- Maintain consistent branding and professional messaging across multiple companies.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.

Online Reputation Management

- Monitor Google reviews and other online review platforms.
- Prepare professional, timely responses to customer and patient reviews in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
- Implement compliant strategies to encourage authentic customer and patient feedback.
- Identify inaccurate listings, duplicate profiles, and reputation concerns.
- Monitor online mentions of the companies and associated professionals.

Marketing & Business Development Support

- Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Create promotional content for healthcare services, physician referrals, and business-to-business services.
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns targeting U.S. patients, medical practices, law firms, and business clients.
- Create landing-page content, email marketing materials, and conference promotions.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to improve campaign performance.
- Track leads, website engagement, search visibility, and social media performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing LinkedIn,



Facebook, and Instagram business accounts.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
- Ability to create professional graphics and edit short promotional videos.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with WordPress or other website content management systems.
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing U.S. healthcare practices, physicians, hospitals, or professional services.
- Familiarity with U.S. physician directories and healthcare-related local SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of online reputation management and lead-generation strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and marketing automation tools.
