Career Advisor (Sales Executive – B2C)

Position: Career Advisor / B2C Sales Executive Department: Career & Education Consulting Experience: 1–4 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Career Advisor to guide students and professionals in selecting the right career development programs. The role involves counseling, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Counsel potential students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Understand learner profiles, goals, and recommend suitable courses or programs. Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling. Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets. Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and feedback. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the student journey. Requirements:



Excellent communication and convincing skills. Prior experience in EdTech or B2C sales preferred. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
