Position title: Sr. Executive Production

Department: Production

Location: Ambernath (Additional MIDC)

Full/Part time: Full time

Academic qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years

Technical skills :

· Knowledge of ERP system

· AutoCAD

· Understand production methodologies and processes

· Understanding of Fabrication and assembly

· Basic understanding of statistical tools to analyze production data and identify trends.

· Computer literate with good numeric skills

· Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques may be advantageous

· Manpower Planning and Handling

· Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger

Soft skills :

· Communication, problem solving, critical thinking,



teamwork, attention to details, leadership

Primary Responsibilities :

· Day to day follow up with internal stakeholders

· Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

· Prepare BOM & Job order for Unit-III and Hospital division in TCS

· Weekly visit to Ambernath and Monitor job progress on day to day basis

· Give dispatch clearance for fabricated items to Ambernath

· Keep track of material for Ambernath unit

· Conduct daily production meeting with Stores/Production unit III/Purchase

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
