Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Description

Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our jewellery manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups.
- Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, documentation and employee records.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, overtime details and shift-related information.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives and salary records.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline and workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain employee master data and update HRMS and Excel records.
- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, labour laws and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, attendance summaries and employee-related documents.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and arrange timely hiring.
- Support employee engagement, company policies and smooth day-to-day HR administration.





Skills & Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management and employee relations.
- Practical understanding of PF, ESIC and applicable labour law compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information and handle multiple HR activities independently.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing or a similar industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
