Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.

· Monitor individual and team performance, lead conversion ratios, bookings, retail deliveries, and revenue.

· Generate business opportunities through walk-in customers, digital leads, referrals, corporate sales, and other channels.

· Ensure timely follow-up of customer enquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

· Guide the team in customer handling, vehicle presentations, test drives, negotiation, and closing sales.

· Monitor daily sales activities and conduct regular team meetings to review targets and performance.

· Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, exchange, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

· Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

· Support the Sales Manager in business planning, forecasting, and achieving dealership objectives.

Required Skills:

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.





· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.

· Valuable knowledge of passenger car sales and dealership operations.

· Strong customer relationship management and lead conversion skills.

· Ability to analyse sales data, prepare reports, and take corrective action.

· Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

· 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.

· Prior experience in leading or supervising a sales team will be an advantage.

· Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, automotive finance, insurance, and exchange procedures is preferred.

· A valid driving licence is preferred.
