- Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, equipment, and supplies before surgery.
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties as assigned and as per competency.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection prevention practices.
- Check the availability and sterility of surgical instruments, linen, and consumables.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs in coordination with the anaesthesia team.
- Verify patient identity, surgical site, consent, and pre-operative checklist before surgery.
- Participate in surgical safety checks and ensure correct patient and procedure verification.
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, needles, and surgical swabs in accordance with hospital protocol.
- Provide post-operative care and safely transfer patients to the recovery room or designated unit.




- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization coordination, and secure handling of instruments.
- Maintain OT registers, patient records, equipment logs, and other required documentation.
- Follow biomedical waste management protocols and dispose of waste in the appropriate categories.
- Check emergency equipment, drugs, and supplies and report any deficiencies promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, anaesthesia staff, laboratory staff, and other hospital departments.
- Report incidents, equipment failures, and patient safety concerns to the OT In-charge.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 per month
