Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, strategy development, content planning, and performance analysis, preferably in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clients’ social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Develop social media strategies aligned with clients’ branding and business objectives.

Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and audience engagement activities.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for content creation and execution.

Write engaging captions, create content ideas, and maintain brand consistency.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.

Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations.

Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, approvals, and timely delivery.

Qualifications:





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency.

Experience handling multiple client accounts and developing social media strategies.

Robust communication, creative thinking, and organisational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of social media analytics, content scheduling, and reporting tools.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media trends.

Understanding of branding, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
