Job Summary

ANARC Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project estimation, cost control, quantity calculations, billing, and commercial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of construction, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis for construction activities.
- Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and other resources required for projects.
- Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills, running account bills, and final bills.
- Monitor project costs and compare actual expenses against approved budgets.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil works, including concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with the engineering, execution, purchase, and accounts departments.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify discrepancies and variations.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, estimates, bills, variations, and project costs.




- Assist in tender preparation, cost planning, and commercial negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Prepare periodic cost reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure all measurements and billing activities comply with project specifications and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, billing, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and cost-monitoring procedures.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
