Role description

Senior Solution Architect will lead the technical architecture and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs. The role is responsible for defining scalable solutions, driving client design decisions, providing technical governance, and guiding cross-functional teams across integrations, conversions, reporting, extensions, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

- 12+ years of relevant Oracle ERP experience, including significant experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. At least 5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
- Proven experience leading technical architecture, project delivery, and multidisciplinary technical teams.

Skills

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across Financials and SCM.
- Lead client design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions.
- Define integration strategies using OIC, SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, and PaaS services.
- Provide architecture oversight for data conversion, reporting, bank integrations, extensions, and enterprise application integrations.
- Review solution designs and deliverables to ensure compliance with Oracle standards, security requirements, and implementation best practices.
- Lead technical estimations, delivery planning, risk management, quality assurance, and design governance.
- Collaborate with client executives, onshore teams, functional architects, and delivery leadership.
- Mentor Solution Architects and technical consultants while supporting capability and practice development.

Required Skills





- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, web services, and PaaS-based integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, eText, RTF, and Excel-based reporting.
- Experience designing payment files and bank integrations.
- Sound functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and SCM.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure concepts.
- Knowledge of VBCS, Process Automation/PCS, APEX, and ATP/ADW is advantageous.
- Excellent client-management, architecture-presentation, team-leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
