## Job Description

We are looking for an F&B; Controller Executive to support food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and MIS reporting activities. The candidate will assist in monitoring stock movements, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and consumption records.

## Key Responsibilities

* Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.

* Assist in monitoring food cost and inventory variances.

* Support physical stock counts and stock reconciliations.

* Maintain item master and recipe costing data.

* Coordinate with operations and procurement teams.

* Verify purchase entries and stock movements.

* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.

* Maintain data accuracy in ERP/POS systems.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field.





* 0–2 years of experience in F&B; Cost Control, Inventory, MIS, or related functions.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.

* Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

* Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

## Preferred Industry

QSR, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, Retail F&B;, or Hospitality.
