Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet all the below requirements:
- Prior Process Trainer / Voice & Process Trainer experience is mandatory
- International process experience is mandatory
- International Banking / KYC process experience as a Trainer is mandatory
- Candidates must have independently conducted Banking/KYC process training
- Candidates with only International Voice/BPO experience and no Trainer experience will not be considered
- Candidates with Trainer experience in non-Banking/KYC processes will not be considered
- Candidates with only Domestic Banking/KYC or Domestic BPO experience will not be considered
Job Role
We are hiring an experienced Process Trainer – International Banking/KYC who has hands-on experience in training employees within an International Banking/KYC voice process.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting new-hire training, process training, nesting, assessments and refresher sessions while ensuring trainees meet the required quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct International Banking/KYC process training for new joiners
- Conduct Voice Process Training for international customer-facing processes
- Deliver process, refresher and assessment sessions
- Conduct nesting and support trainees during transition to live operations
- Monitor trainee performance and identify knowledge gaps
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve process performance
- Conduct knowledge checks, assessments and mock sessions
- Prepare training reports and track trainee progress
- Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams
- Ensure trainees achieve required quality, productivity and process performance standards
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience as a Process Trainer / Voice & Process Trainer
- International BPO / International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- International Banking / KYC process experience as a Trainer is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Banking, KYC and AML processes
- Hands-on experience in New Hire Training, Process Training, Nesting and Refresher Training
- Experience training employees in an International Voice Banking/KYC process
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance
- Ability to provide coaching and performance feedback
- Experience working closely with Quality and Operations teams
Profiles Not Eligible
- Candidates with only Domestic BPO/Voice experience
- Candidates with only International Voice experience but no Trainer experience
- Candidates with Trainer experience but no Banking/KYC process experience
- Candidates with Banking/KYC experience only as an agent or associate, without training experience
- Candidates with Trainer experience in non-Banking/KYC processes
- Candidates with only classroom or soft-skills training experience without process training experience
