Job Description – HR Manager | Real Estate

- Set up and manage the entire HR function from scratch.
- Develop HR policies, processes, SOPs, and HR systems.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and exits.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to applicable labour laws.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Handle site workforce and monitor visits.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR operations with business goals.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Experience in establishing HR operations from scratch.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
