Role: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai

FactWise is a fully funded, early-stage technology startup building global solutions for SMEs. The first product we are creating is a B2B SaaS turnkey solution to manage procurement and buyer-seller solutions for our clients, who characterize FactWise as a company focused on solving a critical need for a target market that has been abandoned. By leveraging technologies like ML, NLP, Advanced Analytics, we aim to transform the source to pay journey for SMEs globally.

FactWise received pre-seed funding by a US-based VC, and we are currently building our MVP with an SME in India. With exciting sales conversations in advanced stages across Europe, US, India markets, we have strong relations with leading VC firms and a global client base.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and generate more qualified leads while building robust relationships with clients

2. Do market research, collect information about prospective buyers, reach out to them through prospecting emails and social media platforms, and work towards converting them to loyal customers

3. Collect and store client information and resolve client issues, challenges and feedbacks in a timely manner using CRM software

4. Manage marketing campaigns, build content for external and internal touch points, participate in events,



create brand awareness through various social media platforms for customer conversion

5. Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking surveys, analyse and recommend actions for implementing customer feedback

6. Gather customer and market insights to make informed outreach strategies

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing capacity
- Fresher can Apply
- Knowledge and experience of Hubspot or other CRM software
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as a marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Solid analytical and data management skills with an ability to define and evaluate metrics
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
