**Salary:** ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (CTC as per company norms)

**Qualification:**M.Com, or MBA (Finance/Accounting) & CA Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.

- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely documentation.

- Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.

- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.





- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- M.Com, or MBA in Finance/Accounting & CA Intern

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- A responsible, organized, and professional approach to work.
