Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, institutions, and business clients to promote our publishing products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant books, publications, subscriptions, or publishing solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective customers into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities in the CRM or internal reporting system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.

What we are looking for:-

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer conversations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and work toward sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Interest in sales, books, publishing, or customer relationship management.

Freshers are welcome! Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and communication skills.

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
