Role Description The Injection Moulding Operator role at ROYAL PET is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring injection moulding machines to produce PET components according to specified standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, adjusting machine parameters, performing routine checks, and responding to alarms or equipment issues to minimize downtime. The role involves inspecting output for defects, documenting production data, and coordinating with the quality team to ensure that products meet required specifications.



The operator is also expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about production status and any issues that arise.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including experience with injection moulding or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to inspect parts, identify defects, and follow standardized quality procedures.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with team members, report issues, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Candidates should possess experience working in Clean Rooms or controlled environments, and familiarity with cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess basic Machining skills or mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle manual tasks safely, and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in plastics, PET manufacturing, or injection moulding operations is preferred.
- Secondary school education or vocational training in mechanical, production, or related fields is beneficial.
