• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)



for TELD database processes, providing guidance and support to team members, laboratories, and stakeholders.
• Monitor operational, quality, and productivity metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Provide operational support to managers through workload planning, capacity assessments, resource coordination, and issue escalation management.
• Manage and prioritize individual and team workloads to ensure service levels, quality standards, and business deadlines are consistently met.
• Act as a key contact for global laboratories and remote sites, troubleshooting database-related issues and driving timely resolution.
