Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition for Nike India, this role builds strong partnerships across India, the geography, and Nike’s global recruiting organization. This individual collaborates closely with University Relations, Sourcing, Recruiting Services, Business Human Resources, Total Rewards, and cross-functional partners to attract exceptional talent and deliver a premium hiring experience.

This individual brings expertise in hiring Marketing, Digital, and Sales talent within multinational organizations or leading agencies and excels at balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
They navigate complexity with confidence, use market intelligence and recruitment insights to shape hiring strategies, and influence talent decisions through strong judgment and business acumen. They build credibility with senior leaders,



challenge thinking constructively, and provide a clear talent perspective informed by the evolving needs of the business and the Nike brand.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including significant experience hiring consumer marketplace talent within leading multinational corporations or agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level, specialized, and business-critical positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising and influencing senior business leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience using market insights, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and recruitment data to develop hiring strategies and recommendations.
