The Senior Software Test Engineer will play a crucial role in our software development process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. They will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Playwright.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and performance issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Analyze and report test results, providing detailed feedback to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues, and improve overall software quality.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with software quality standards and regulations.




• Assist in the development of test strategies and plans for recent and existing projects.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in Selenium, Java, and Playwright.
• Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
