Specialist, Product Management

Job Overview:
Develops product strategies and roadmaps to execute to ensure maximum penetration of market segments. Manages and maintains existing product lines on an on-going basis, including partner management. Conducts opportunity assessments on recent ideas and concepts. Provides design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. Defines business and technical requirements, and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms.





Major Accountabilities:
• Product Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of prioritized product features, ensuring requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and customer outcomes are clearly defined and successfully executed
• Backlog Management & Prioritization: Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog by balancing customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, platform health, and engineering capacity
• Agile Execution & Ceremony Ownership: Lead product participation in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive alignment, decision-making, and predictable delivery
• Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with engineering leaders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, resolve tradeoffs, and manage delivery risks throughout the development lifecycle.
