Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Own the design, configuration, development and integration of Conga CPQ with CRM systems(Microsoft Dynamics 365/Salesforce) to enable reliable Configure-Price-Quote and Quote-to-Order processes. The role combines hands-on implementation, technical consulting and senior-level guidance for a global, multi-system delivery environment.
•Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Conga CPQ capabilities integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Salesforce CRM.
· Convert business requirements for product configuration, bundles, pricing,



discounting, promotions, quote generation and approvals into scalable solution designs.
· Configure and enhance Conga CPQ product catalogs, attributes, constraint rules, pricing rules, price matrices, workflows, approvals and quote lifecycle behavior.
· Design the CRM-to-CPQ flow for accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, price lists, quotes and quote line items, including explicit ownership and synchronization rules.
Implement and support quote initiation from Dynamics 365, CPQ configuration and pricing in Conga, and controlled write-back of finalized quote information to Dynamics 365.
· Build or extend Dynamics 365 solutions using model-driven apps, Dataverse configuration, Power Automate and pro-code components such as C#, .NET, JavaScript and plugins where required.
