Our team brings together Pega engineers, technical specialists and experienced leaders. We partner closely with ASB (Auckland Savings Bank, NZ) to design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions that support key business outcomes.

Impact & Contribution:
As a Senior Software Engineer – Pega Development, you will design, build, test and support secure, scalable enterprise applications using Pega,



working within an Agile squad to deliver reliable customer and business outcomes.
You will translate requirements into well-designed Pega solutions, develop reusable components and integrations, apply engineering standards, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Pega Application Development: Design, develop, test and deploy Pega applications and enhancements within an Agile squad.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements and solution designs into secure, scalable and maintainable Pega configurations and code.
Case Management & Integrations: Build and support integrations, reusable components, case management workflows and user experiences.
Engineering Best Practices: Apply Pega development, deployment, security, performance and engineering best practices.
Testing & Deployment: Participate in code and design reviews, automated testing, release activities and production
