This role will support the Shopper Marketing team in the tracking of agreed KPIs of shopper marketing campaigns as well as post campaign deep dives to develop recommendations needed to optimise performance and shopper targeting of future campaigns. Using the consistent tracking of KPIs and development of recommendations.
This role will need to be highly analytical and can identify growth driving insights as well as having strong communication and collaboration skills.

Support Shopper Marketing team with delivery of insights
- Responsible for working with Shopper Marketing stakeholders and agencies to provide regular reports on campaign performance via the creation of KPIs tracking scorecards
- Perform post campaign deep dives to unlock insights to feed into the optimization of future campaigns and development of shopper marketing pictures of success across channels.
- Work in close collaboration with agencies & Shopper team on campaign reporting and assist in budget tracking.
- Partner with Shopper leads for on-going needs including competitive analysis & creating new best practices
- Support shopper team in the launch & maintenance of the programming & generate regular and ad-hoc reports through data and customer feedback
- Create visualizations/dashboards to be used in explaining and clarifying difficult concepts and analytical insights
