Job Description

The Commercial Engineering team seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle in a global organization. This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented skilled who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Manager will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver technology and software projects of varying complexity. Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, architects, QA teams, and vendors, the successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure successful delivery of technology projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities,



objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Business Teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and leadership.
• Support and promote Agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and project governance activities.
• Help teams remove blockers and drive continuous delivery of business value.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Proactively resolve challenges that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, governance processes, RAID logs, and change management controls.
