Job Description: Process Mining Consultant
Position Summary
We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant to help clients identify process inefficiencies,
uncover root causes, and improve operational performance through data-driven analysis. This role will lead process discovery, conformance analysis, and improvement initiatives using process mining platforms and enterprise data.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value process mining opportunities.
• Extract, transform, and analyze event-log data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop process models, dashboards, and performance analyses using process mining platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks, rework, compliance exceptions, and automation opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into practical process improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with process owners and support improvement roadmaps.
• Build executive-ready presentations and communicate insights to technical and nontechnical audiences.
