We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support client relationships, campaign execution, and day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or campaign coordination, with an interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, or digital marketing.
This role is suited to someone with strong communication and organisational skills who can coordinate across teams, manage multiple priorities, track campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client queries, updates, and follow-ups.
• Develop a transparent understanding of client businesses, objectives, campaign goals, and expectations.




• Translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with partnership, creator, operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, and proactively flag delays, risks, or execution challenges.
• Assist in tracking revenue, GMV, campaign performance, and other key business metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, account updates, and review documentation.
• Analyse basic performance trends and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain account trackers, meeting notes, action items, campaign records, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and meet client commitments.
• Escalate significant client concerns, delivery risks, and commercial issues to senior team members when required.
