Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into high-quality video content that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into finished productions.

- Trim clips and arrange sequences according to scripts or creative direction.

- Add transitions, graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects.

- Synchronize audio, music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

- Perform color correction and color grading.

- Ensure video quality, consistency, and brand compliance.

- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and producers.

- Export videos in various formats for different platforms.

- Organize and maintain video files and project assets.

- Stay updated with video editing trends and platform requirements.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in video editing software such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe After Effects

- DaVinci Resolve

- Final Cut Pro

- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression.

- Motion graphics and basic animation skills.

- Audio editing and sound design knowledge.

- Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.

- Time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (optional for many roles).

- Portfolio demonstrating editing work.

- Experience with social media content creation.

- Knowledge of photography, videography, or graphic design is a plus.
