Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.;
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault, Business Requirements Analysis, Life Sciences Industry.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Experience in process design and business model assessment within regulated environments.
