Job Details:

- Role: International Voice Process
- Experience: JL2A – 1+ year | JL3A – 2+ years
- Location: Bangalore / Pune
- Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (JL2A) | Up to ₹7 LPA (JL3A), depending on experience and current CTC
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
- Shift: US shifts / 24×7 rotational shifts
- Joining: Immediate joiners only

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience handling inbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 proficiency).




- Strong customer support and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements:

- Candidates must explicit the applicable assessments before the Operations round.
- Client-specific training is mandatory.
- Graduation certificate and original mark sheets are required for onboarding.
